If you are an experienced HR Assistant or HR Administrator who would like the opportunity to progress with the help and support of a Senior HR Manager then please get in touch. I met with the HR team to discuss the role and they explained that due to a number of internal promotions, they are looking for someone they can mentor, support and develop to become an HR Advisor.

You would have the support of two very senior HR Managers who are both inspirational and passionate to work with and happy to impart their knowledge to help your elevate your career to the next level.

This role will take ultimate responsibility for a specific client group within the organisation and you will gradually take on responsibility for core HR tasks including employee relations, recruitment, inductions, HR policy and be a first line of support for advice throughout the business.

You will need the following to be successful:

  • HR Administrator or HR Assistant with at least 2-3 years experience.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be hands on in supporting changing priorities.
  • Have strong teamwork skills enabling you to effectively work with and learn from your HR colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate credibly with a broad range of people, including senior management.
  • Problem solving and research skills to help the team to provide pragmatic solutions and innovate to become a best practice HR function.
