Our client, Daytona Tamworth, is currently looking for friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House staff to join their fun and busy team.

Key Success Criteria for This Role Include:
  • Meeting & greeting customers promptly upon arrival.

  • Providing friendly and first-class customer service.

  • Signing in drivers to their scheduled events, issuing race uniforms, and assisting with any other requirements.

  • Upselling and cross-selling race events and merchandise to ensure that sales and individual targets are met.

  • Managing phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries effectively.

  • Ensuring all Front of House and customer-facing areas are always maintained and well-presented.

  • Providing administrative support to the Venue Management team.

Candidate Profile:
  • The candidate must be professional, reliable, and confident when liaising with customers.

  • Have the drive and commitment to be successful and further develop their skills.

  • Possess excellent communication, people, and team-working skills.

  • Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun while working.

  • Be available to work evenings and weekends.
