Front of House Assistant

Hours:

Full-time Permanent and Part-time/Flexible - Applicants MUST be available to work evenings & weekends.

Location:

KT10 8AN

Our client, Daytona Sandown Park, is currently looking for friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House staff to join their fun and busy team.

Key Success Criteria for This Role Include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers promptly upon arrival.
  • Providing friendly and first-class customer service.
  • Signing in drivers for their scheduled events, issuing race uniforms, and assisting with any other requirements.
  • Upselling and cross-selling race events and merchandise to ensure that sales and individual targets are met.
  • Managing phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries effectively.
  • Ensuring all Front of House and customer-facing areas are always maintained and well-presented.
  • Providing administrative support to the Venue Management team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Professional, reliable, and confident when liaising with customers.
  • Drive and commitment to be successful and further develop skills.
  • Excellent communication, people, and team-working skills.
  • Enthusiastic with the ability to have fun while working.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
