Front of House Assistant

Hours:

Full-time permanent and Part-time/Flexible - Applicants MUST be available to work evenings & weekends.

Location:

MK13 8NP

Our client, Daytona Milton Keynes, is currently looking for friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House staff to join their fun and busy team.

Key Success Criteria for This Role Include:
  • Meeting & Greeting: Welcome customers promptly upon arrival.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and first-class customer service.
  • Driver Sign-in: Sign in drivers to their scheduled events, issue race uniforms, and assist with any other requirements.
  • Sales: Upsell and cross-sell race events and merchandise to ensure that sales and individual targets are met.
  • Enquiry Management: Manage phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries effectively.
  • Maintenance: Ensure all Front of House and customer-facing areas are always maintained and well presented.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Venue Management team.

Candidate Profile:
  • Professionalism: Must be professional, reliable, and confident when liaising with customers.
  • Commitment: Have the drive and commitment to be successful and to further develop their skills.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication, people, and team-working skills.
  • Enthusiasm: Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working.
  • Availability: Be available to work evenings and weekends.
