Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (1-hour break), plus occasional Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu) - 40 hours per week total
Location: On-site at a new build residential development
Start: ASAP
Your typical day-to-day:
Meet and greet residents and prospective tenants warmly and professionally
Take calls, gather basic applicant info, and pass leads to the leasing team
Manage parcel deliveries using the Dwellent system, ensuring smooth handover to residents
