What You'll Do:

- Master the Details: Ensure every front desk task is handled with precision, from check-ins and check-outs to billing and beyond.
- Streamline Operations: Develop and implement innovative procedures to keep our Front Office running like a well-oiled machine, including managing inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other hotel departments to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Elevate Service: Monitor guest feedback and continuously seek ways to enhance our service quality.
- Train and Grow: Mentor new team members and provide ongoing training to help everyone shine.
- Drive Revenue: Craft and execute strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Proficient in hotel management software, such as Opera or Fidelio
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and improving guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
