Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a permanent receptionist. This is based in Manchester city centre, previous experience in professional services would be advantageous.
Your new role
As part of the front-of-house team, you will welcome visitors, answer calls, take messages, manage the switchboard, maintain visitor logs and distribute passes. You will coordinate meetings, conferences and events. You will undertake administrative duties, update the systems, and support with any other duties required via the front-of-house team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in customer service, you will have strong communication skills, you will have excellent attention to detail, and you will have strong IT skills. You will have ideally worked within professional services.
What you'll get in return
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (35 hours per week), salary is paying £22,932, excellent benefits at a progressive business which promotes self-development.
