Berry Recruitment is looking for a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to assist our client's front of house team on a full-time or part-time temporary basis in Reigate.

PAY: £14 PAYE £15.50 on umbrella (holiday rolled in)

Job description:

This is a temporary role until the end of September.

It will be working alongside the supervising team to maintain the presentation and smooth running of the bar. As well as making it an inviting experience for the customers, weddings/events are hosted here, so someone who is adaptable to a change of pace will thrive. Your duty as a supervisor will be to manage the small team, assisting on the bar when necessary and keeping standards high across both events and day-to-day running of the venue.

The shift pattern may vary depending on business needs and your availability. The shifts will include weekends, evenings and unsociable hours with finishes as late as 1 AM so please do not apply if you are unable to work these patterns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience bartending
  • Previous experience as a front of house supervisor
  • Adaptable and on the ball
  • Great attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills
