Job Title: Front of House Staff

Job Summary: My client is seeking friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Salary: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
