Fulfilment / Ecommerce Operative

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fulfilment / Ecommerce Operative for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.

Overall job purpose

• Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.

• Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely, efficient manner and according to customers procedures.

• Pick, pack, stock checks

Qualifications:-

• Good communication. Fluent in English verbal/written

• Administration experience

• Telephone manner skills

Main tasks and key responsibilities:-

• Performs booking deliveries and collections.

• Monitoring bookings until delivered

• Processing documents & labels to the warehouse team for pick & Pack orders.

• Maintains excellent relationships with customers & suppliers.

• Identifies performance issues of suppliers and informs customers accordingly.

• Performs operating systems related tasks to provide up to date information on shipment.

• Partially warehouse work (picking items, stock checks)

• Comply with requirements

Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
