My client, a top law firm with recognised awards, are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant / Administrator either in a full time or part time position. Working a minimum of 3 days a week, you will be part of a highly successful team with a competitive package on offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support (scheduling, managing calendars, organizing meetings).
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and gather case information.
  • Maintain and organize client files.
  • Assist in preparing and filing legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties.
  • Manage case logistics, including discovery and trial prep.
  • Prepare and submit billing and expense reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
