We are delighted to be working with a technology company in their pursuit of a Full Stack Developer with experience in Python or Node.js to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role can be based out of either their Cambridge or Central London office with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new and existing applications within an agile environment
  • Working on both in-house and client facing products and software solutions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Support expansion and strategic direction of the software development team
  • Writing clean, scalable code and ensuring applications are reliable
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience with either Python, Node.js or Go
  • Understanding of RESTful API’s and web services
  • Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based development
  • Experience with frontend development (Angular)
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests for backend systems
