Salary: £35,000 to £37,500 gross per annum

Holiday: Statutory Paid Holiday

Start Date: ASAP

Hours Required: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

Driver: Yes, car provided for use on duty

Summary:

This is a fabulous role a Gardener / Handy person. The home is going to be rented and the family would like for this person to take care of the garden and be the first point of contact for the people renting the property in case things break.

The home is about 600sqm with 5 hectares of land. There is quite a bit of land which needs to be mowed, English garden, vegetable patch, apple trees, pool, jacuzzi and tennis court, pond as well. The garden is wilder and more natural than manicured.

Duties will include:

  • Mowing garden
  • Tending vegetable patch
  • Tending flowers
  • Looking after pool (chemicals)
  • Looking after jacuzzi
  • Able to do small things around the house.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and able to try a solve problems first and if not find a handyperson that can do it.
