Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and leadership? Do you excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing various aspects of a hospitality establishment? If so, The Dukes Pub has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Full-Time Hospitality Supervisor.
Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off, typically Monday & Tuesday
Salary: £24,390-£28,554
Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they receive a 5-star experience from arrival to departure.
• Ensuring completion of team checklists and tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
• Being responsible for our licensing objectives and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Serving tables, cooking & preparing food and supervising the team during busy service periods.
• Handling bookings and meeting with guests interested in hosting events at The Dukes.
• Checking in guests staying at The Dukes, arranging meals and facilitating check-out procedures.
• Ensuring guest rooms are prepared to a high standard in collaboration with the housekeeper.
• Reporting grounds & maintenance issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintaining property safety and security at all times.
• Conducting weekly stock counts and communicating low stock levels to the buyer.
• Managing staff hours efficiently, arranging early finishes during quiet periods, and organising cover for events, sick leave and holidays
