Would you like to join a training provider who keep on growing, and taking their staff with them on the journey?  They are a real success story, set up by 2 entrepreneurs 20 years ago, they just keep growing (but at a sustainable rate) and after a new contract win are seeking a functional skills tutor to work across Birmingham and Solihull.

They are launching a brand-new service delivering functional skills (1&2) and non-accredited ICT to unemployed job seekers on a 6-week course.  This is an office-based role, with the site being in Birmingham City Centre (near New St station).  Typical tasks include:
  • Deliver programs on time, keeping learners engaged.
  • Teach vocational qualifications and employability skills.
  • Assign and assess learner work, providing timely feedback.
  • Complete required qualification paperwork & address IQA feedback quickly.
  • Develop lesson plans and schemes of work based on criteria.

You must have a teaching qualification (PTLLS / AET3 is fine) and an assessor award. You must also have experience of delivering the mentioned qualifications.

Please apply via this advert.  We aim to get back in contact with everyone.  If by chance you have not had a response within 72 hours, please email the Send Us A Message form on the Red 5 People ‘Contact Us’ page and a real person will get back in contact with you.  You are also more than welcome to call the office and ask for James (number on the Red 5 People website).
