We are partnering with an exceptional Private Equity (PE) firm based in London that is seeking a talented Fund Accountant to join their growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Manage the fund accounting process: You’ll be responsible for calculating Net Asset Values (NAVs), overseeing the reconciliation of accounts, and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
• Get involved in portfolio work: You’ll have the chance to work closely with the investment team and play an active role in portfolio management.
• Prepare financial reports: You'll help prepare quarterly reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings, working closely with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance: You’ll be involved in ensuring all fund activities comply with regulatory standards and internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong accounting background with experience in fund accounting, ideally within Private Equity or similar sectors. ACCA/CA qualifications are essential.
• Commercially-minded: A sharp eye for commercial opportunities and the ability to think strategically.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail: You’re meticulous when it comes to financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Proactive and driven: You take initiative and have a winning work ethic, constantly striving to add value.
