Fund Administration

The role will involve:

• Monitoring the Order Management System, Valuation and Performance Measurement System, Pricing, Positions, Index, and static data
• NAV Calculations and reporting
• Monitoring of trade execution allocations to broker and oversight of outsourced settlements monitoring, as well as reporting on performance and compliance.
• Liaise with broker(s), custodians, and third-party administrators to resolve queries in a timely fashion
• Corporate action, Proxy voting and Class Action administration
• Supporting teams across the business with operational projects
• Ad hoc projects that focus on change improvements and efficiencies

The ideal candidate will be:

• Must have 2-3 years experience with in operations, specifically fund administration. 
• Ability to work well in a small team
• Pro-active and independent
• Able to work well under pressure and prioritise multiple competing tasks and huge attention to detail. 
• Must have strong excel skills 
• Looking to build a long term career in Operations, in a supportive and friendly environment
