Our client is seeking a dedicated Fund Administrator to join their team in the beautiful Channel Islands. What you'll do:


As a Fund Administrator based in the Channel Islands, your role will be pivotal in providing bespoke administration services. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative matters for a portfolio of client entities. Your responsibilities will include performing company secretarial activities, convening and attending board meetings, monitoring incoming communications, liaising with various stakeholders, and supporting throughout the fund life cycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced team members in an open plan office setting.


* Perform company secretarial activities and administration tasks in line with policies and procedures
* Convene and attend client company board meetings, recording action points and circulating minutes
* Monitor and track incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and escalating where appropriate
* Complete all workflows and check-sheets accurately for tasks
* Liaise professionally with auditors, lawyers, bankers and other third parties via email, telephone or face-to-face meetings
* Support throughout the fund life cycle by delivering high-quality output


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the Fund Administrator role will bring a strong academic background coupled with ongoing study towards a relevant professional qualification such as CGI or equivalent. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide clear direction while also being an attentive listener. A proactive and responsive approach to tasks is essential in this role. You should be accountable to yourself and others to meet commitments, demonstrating your ability to monitor work progress and measure results effectively. A high level of motivation is required, accepting opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.
