As a Fund Monitoring Surveyor, you will play a key role in advising clients on development risks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring robust financial oversight. You will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including developers, lenders, and investors, providing expert guidance on projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed due diligence on development projects.
- Preparing comprehensive project monitoring reports.
- Managing client relationships and maintaining strong communication channels.
- Monitoring project progress against agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the development process.
Key Requirements
- A proven track record in Fund Monitoring, with a background in Surveying.
- MRICS or working towards chartership is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of development processes, construction practices, and financial risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
