Wesser are currently recruiting for new management talent across the UK to expand our Door-to-Door fundraising operations. Whether you have management experience in the Face-to-Face industry or you’re an experienced Team Leader looking to make the next step, we’re interested in talking to you.

You’ll be helping us set up a new regional operation to raise funds on behalf of St John Ambulance. You’ll get the benefit of our in-house training, recruitment and HR teams, meaning you can focus on building and getting the best out of your fundraising teams.

You’ll get:

You’ll have:

  • Experience leading or managing face-to-face fundraising teams
  • Track record of motivating teams of fundraisers for high performance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivational personality and ability to turn staff into high performers
  • Excellent training skills
  • Passion for our charity partners
  • Empathy and active listening skills

Your responsibilities:

  • Building and growing door to door fundraising teams within your region
  • Managing the training and ongoing performance of all fundraisers and teams
  • Ensuring fundraising meets internal and industry compliance standards and monitoring the quality of donors recruited
  • Managing 10-20 staff (fundraisers and team leaders)
  • Developing new fundraising talent into team leaders
  • Creating a positive culture in your teams
