We’re seeking a Furnished Tenancy Officer to join a local authority in Sheffield (S4 postcode with hybrid working available).

Role Overview:

As a Furnished Tenancy Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of tenant interactions, delivering exceptional service to our valued Furnished Accommodation tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deed of Variation and Pre-Quit Negotiations: You’ll handle these critical aspects of tenancy management, ensuring seamless transitions and positive outcomes for our tenants.
  • Administration Duties: From paperwork to digital records, you’ll keep things organised and efficient. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate records.
  • Asset Management: You’ll be the custodian of council assets within furnished properties. Whether it’s a cozy sofa or a sturdy dining table, you’ll ensure they’re well-maintained and ready for our tenants.
  • Safeguarding and System Alerts: Vigilance is key! You’ll promptly report any safeguarding concerns or system warnings to approved channels, ensuring tenant safety and compliance.
