FX / MM Treasury Dealer - International Banking (Fluent Cantonese)

Up to £65,000 plus EXCELLENT bonus and benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading international bank in the heart of London as they seek Senior FX / MM Treasury Dealer to join their team to manage their money market and foreign exchange transactions, a well as debt securities. You will be responsible for ensuring all daily transactions and controls are executed accurately and in compliance with the Bank’s standards. Fluent Cantonese language skills highly desirable

Key Duties of the FX/MM Treasury Dealer to include:

Customer Management:

• Oversee and manage customer currency positions.
• Deliver exceptional service to valued customers.
• Promote and encourage customer deposits at the Branch.

Process Management:

• Handle daily cash management tasks.
• Assist in managing liquidity positions.
• Execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions.
• Prepare Treasury forecasts and reports.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Comply with all relevant regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards as set by regulators and the Bank, performing duties with high integrity.
• Follow established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks.
• Adhere to industry codes of conduct and ethical behaviour.

Requirements for the successful FX/MM Treasury Dealer to include:

• Fluent Cantonese language skils highly desirable
• Educated to University undergraduate degree level or equivalent, with relevant professional qualifications highly advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience in trading both foreign exchange and money markets
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations and an understanding or risk and compliance principles.
