Job Title: Mechanical Small Tools Engineer

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic dependent on experience, plus benefits

Who You'll Be Working For
Our client is the UK's largest provider of garage equipment workshop services and spares, and is a member of a European group active in various sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, and automotive aftermarket services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspection of a wide range of garage equipment products including torque wrenches, portable lifting equipment, airline gauges and miscellaneous small tooling
  • Complete and submit precise paperwork
  • Comply with and adhere to Health & Safety laws and regulations in the workplace
  • Manage van stock to achieve First Time Fix targets


Typical Skills & Experience

  • Possess a solid working knowledge and field service experience in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
  • Ability to understand and follow procedures and work instructions to meet specified standards
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving license
