Contracts Manager required. Our client has been operating for the past 17 years and has cemented their place in the Heating industry due to their high quality of work and fantastic client relationships. Our client is currently looking for a Gas Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.
The Contracts Manager will be managing all aspects of planning/forecasting, staff, the contractual compliance and maintaining the supply of materials needed within the service/maintenance contracts in the social housing sector.
Gas Contracts Manager Position Remuneration- Basic Salary up to £55,000 DOE
- Annual bonus scheme
- Company Vehicle
- Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00-17:00
- 26 days holidays + bank holidays
- Experience managing contracts within social housing (desirable)
- Proven experience managing projects, controlling budgets and forecasting planned works.
