General Foreman - Fit Out

Salary: £150 / £200 a day

Position: 11-month Contract (optional view to Permanent)

We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to oversee a project based in Nottingham City Centre. The project involves a full internal conversion of a listed building to modern apartments, with an option to move permanent post completion. The role covers full internal package from Drylining, M&E, decorations, and flooring.

With no two days the same, this is an excellent opportunity for any General Foreman.

Requirements:

  • 3 years general foreman experience
  • Residential internal fit out experience
  • M&E dry lining experience
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Work Location: In-person on site

Job description:

  • Reporting to Site Manager
  • Supervise daily site activity, ensuring company standards are met
  • Raising RFI's and instructions
  • Conduct toolbox talks and inductions
  • Supporting graduate development
  • Review and update construction phase plan
  • Maintain weekly site progress and sufficient diary keeping
  • Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
