**Responsibilities Include**
- Manage all operation functions including processing of sales orders, purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and service delivery ,ensuring targets are met.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve performance goals, evaluating performance and implementing solutions for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and the executive team to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Address customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
- Ensure that risks, particularly health and safety, are appropriately managed.

**Skills and Attributes**

- Manufacturing experience is essential, with previous experience in developing and delivering a roadmap for a growing, dynamic business
- A strong track record of performing a similar role with demonstrable skills in building and leading teams.
- Experience in managing both internal teams and B2C relationships to deliver value and act as a business enabler.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to adapt leadership style to various situations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across the business.
