Tonic are recruiting for a General Manager to join our client's food-led, gastro pub in rural Cheltenham. The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes daily with the seasons. The ideal General Manager will be comfortable leading from the front, delivering a first-class customer experience to every guest.

We are looking for a General Manager who:

  • Has at least 5 years of management experience within fresh food restaurants
  • Is friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
  • Is a real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Has experience with cellar management
