Tonic Talent is currently recruiting for this new casual dining concept, which is set to open in Birmingham this summer! As General Manager, you will be integral in the set-up and success of the first site, with a clear path to step into Operations management as this company opens more sites throughout the UK. This role would suit a General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to make a mark within the industry

What we are looking for in General Manager candidates...

• 3+ years as a senior manager within fast casual or quick service restaurants
• Comfortable with an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• A true passion for the customer journey
• A real team player who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• Friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
• Strong knowledge of P&L, able to drive sales and control costs
