General Manager

My client are a rapidly growing eCommerce operation who specialise in the distribution of products for consumer DIY, electricals, building tools & garden products.

Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join them at their offices in Salford

The Role

• Coordinate all aspects of the business inclusive of operations, office & warehouse
• Develop business strategies and achieve goals
• Strong direction between office and warehouse
• Oversee operations and ensure efficiency
• Monitor KPI's
• Prepare budgets & financial reports
• Forecast and analysis
• Recruit, train and develop staff
• Ensure outstanding customer service

The Candidate

• Direct experience working in a retail, eCommerce or consumer goods
• Previous experience working as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong communicator and leadership skills
• Proficient in eCommerce systems & software
• A degree in business, management or a similarly related subject
