About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic and growing organisation in Halstead, Essex. They are seeking a skilled and motivated General Operative to join their team.

Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm working hours for a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise hand and power tools to assemble timber trusses.
• Assist with manual handling tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members, contributing positive energy and embracing a teamwork mindset.
• Take advantage of opportunities to progress and learn new skills, including operating saw machines (no previous experience required).
• Familiarity with timbers would be advantageous, but not essential.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
