Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for General Operatives for our client based in Welshpool. Excellent opportunities available for candidates who are looking for long term prospects and training!

As a General Operative your duties will include:

  • Wood machining and carpentry experience - beneficial
  • Use of hand/ power tools
  • Assembly and production duties
  • Saw operating
  • General factory duties, including cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Quality checking finished products
  • Following drawings
  • Working hours of 7am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday with plenty of overtime available

The successful candidate will require:

  • Previous experience within a factory
  • Experience with hand/ power tools
  • A hard working mentality
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Driving licence beneficial due to rural location
