One of our Good Ofsted-rated SEMH schools seeks a dedicated Teacher to join their team. We're looking for someone who can motivate and support students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.
  • Experience with SEMH or special educational needs.
  • Experience as a Teacher.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills.
