Position: German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Walsall
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

About the role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and fluent in both German and English.

Key responsibilities:
  • Promptly and efficiently answer incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries.
  • Manage your own customer accounts following a successful training period.
  • Maintain an organised email inbox.
  • Provide customers with product quotes.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, including delivery concerns.
  • Enter data accurately into the system.

What we’re looking for:
  • Must have a good knowledge of maths to understand technical requirements of the product
  • Must speak fluent German
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous working experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering background would be advantageous
