Global Client Manager

Purpose of Role

As a global client manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing their sales delivery targets by establishing long-term partnerships with key customers. You will be an ambassador of the value-add proposition, aiming to create sustainable sales delivery and ensure continued success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Developing Account Growth and Retention: Expand and maintain our existing customer base.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Accurately predict and manage sales pipelines.
  • Creating Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key partners.
  • Focusing on Large, Long-Established Accounts: Manage a portfolio of significant accounts.
  • Driving Growth and Scaling Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities for growth.

Key Aspects of Role

  • This role is ideal for someone who excels in building long-term relationships with customers and has a strong capability in solution sales and business growth.
  • You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your accounts and drive significant growth.

This position is based in Germany and offers the support and mentorship of both the local German team and the wider UK team. Travel will be required.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Over 5 years of experience in IT channel distribution (e.g., experience of working with / managing the likes of TD Synnex, Exertis, Arrow, Ingram, CMS).
  2. Proven track record in developing and retaining key accounts.
  3. Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  4. Ability to drive growth and identify scaling opportunities.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills.
