A Top 10 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Global Mobility Tax Associate Director in their Reading office
The UK wide Employer Solutions team works with clients across a variety of business types and industries, including start-up enterprises, mid-market organisations, public sector bodies and large corporations.
As an Associate Director, you'll be confident working independently in a dynamic environment where you'll lead on multiple engagements.
Responsibilities will include:
You will be a clear and confident communicator and team player, be commercial and risk aware, and have strong organisation and project management skills. You will be either ATT or CTA, or qualified by experience, and able to demonstrate experience in the above responsibilities.

- Handling day-to-day financial requirements of running a client portfolio
- Leading the successful delivery of advisory projects
- Leading the UK tax and social security compliance programs across a client portfolio
- Working alongside Partners and Directors to help develop new business
- Coach, mentor, develop and conduct appraisals of team members
- Maintaining an advanced level of technical knowledge
