You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • University level education (BA/BSc or equivalent) in Real Estate or a related field.
  • At least 10 years proven track record in major Real Estate strategy & transaction delivery, ideally for corporate occupier, external service provider and landlord.
  • International experience across several companies and cultures, with experience in managing experienced senior stakeholders within large multinational organisations.
  • Deep understanding of vendor operating models and ability to drive strong vendor performance through leadership and contract management.
  • Ideally Membership or Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In this role, you will be integral to the Global Capital Investment and Real Estate department. You will be responsible for driving strategy, coordinating efforts, ensuring effective delivery, and enhancing performance across all real estate transactions. You will also be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement real estate portfolio strategies at global, regional, and local levels.
  • Identify and act on optimisation opportunities across a portfolio using current and new datasets.
  • Lead projects related to portfolio optimisation, including lease and site / building acquisitions, renewals, and disposals.
  • Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from defining requirements to executing agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in real estate transactions to protect the business' interests.
  • Provide expertise on real estate transactions to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.
  • Ensure the use of Global Real Estate Service Agreement (GRESA) and meet its SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage the GRESA vendor to ensure high-quality real estate transaction delivery and adherence to contract targets.
  • Monitor real estate transaction KPIs, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
  • Promote Global Capital Investment and Real Estate as a centre of excellence within the company's corporate real estate community.

Location: Remote but must be able to travel on ad hoc basis to West Sussex

Salary: £678.54 - £729.33 per day (PAYE) OR £900 - £1,000 per day (UMB/LTD)

Full Time

6 Month Contract - Outside IR35 (possibility for extension)
