We are looking for multiple Go To Market (GTM) Managers who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive the successful end-to-end launch and growth of the company's home solutions and commodity products and services, including innovation of emerging solutions. The roles will require a deep understanding of the renewable energy market, customer needs, competitive landscape, and effective marketing strategies. The GTM Managers will leverage cross-functional expertise to collaborate closely with multiple teams including product development, sales, customer service, marketing, commercial and external partners, to ensure the successful introduction and sustained market presence of our home solutions (Electric Vehicles (EV), Solar and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)) and commodity products (including MVPs and innovation).

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing

  • Solutions Ninja: Work hand-in-hand with commercial, engineering, digital, operations, and marketing teams to shape our solutions or commodity offering that resonate with customer needs and scream "E.ON Next."

  • Strategic Thinker: Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for products, aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

  • Passionate product pro: Coordinate and manage product launch activities, ensuring timely and successful market entry. You'll also develop launch plans, including messaging, marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional campaigns.

  • Marketing Mastermind: Work alongside our marketing experts to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of products. Utilise a mix of digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels to reach target audiences.

  • Cross-functional Collaborator: Engage with teams across E.ON Next, ensuring everyone's singing from the same solutions hymn sheet and we explore all cross-functional opportunities.. Get everything ready and drive decision making to move our solutions to the next level.

  • Product Launch Leader: Manage product launch activities from the Proof of Concept stage to scaling with customers up to around 1000 people. Develop and execute launch plans, including messaging, marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional campaigns creating set criteria for moving forwards.

  • Metrics Maestro: Monitor and analyse the performance of the solutions or commodity funnel, using key metrics and data to assess effectiveness and ROI ensuring we're on track.

  • GTM Guru: Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and address any challenges. Act as the central point of contact for all GTM activities, providing clear communication and updates to all stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Specialist - Keep internal stakeholders engaged and in the loop, ensuring everyone's well aware of how we're performing on GTM launches.

  • Process Ninja: Passionate about creating processes that make working collaboratively effortless, utilising the tools and championing best practice ways of working across the GTM team.

  • Knowledge Captain: Document key learnings and refine our internal process and ways of working, ensuring E.ON Next is always a step ahead.

Are we the perfect match?

We're looking for a Go-to-Market Manager with the following experience and skills;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in getting complex technology based products to market.

  • A solid understanding of both digital and hardware product design and development.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to rally teams around a vision and articulate complex ideas simply.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and a heart for continuous improvement.

  • A passion for reimagining customer experiences and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

  • Tech-savviness, with proficiency in design tools, project management software, and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

  • A passion for keeping the customer at the heart of your work.

  • 12 month fixed term contract

  • Location - London with travel to our other sites when required.

  • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working - a blend of in the office and home working (around 2 days a week in London with occasional travel to our other sites)
