Role: Governance Manager
Rate: £600 per day Umbrella
Location: London - hybrid working but could offer remote
Duration: 6 months, with scope for extension

Hydrogen Group are delighted to be supporting our global Financial Services client in search of a Governance and Regulatory Reporting Manager sitting within the 2LOD to support and enhance the legal entity governance and compliance risk for Payments; leading the delivery of regulatory reporting.

Key Activities:
· Collaborating with the Programme Manager to facilitate committee meetings, and provide project-tracking updates to the board
· Engaging in regulatory projects affecting the governance structure
· Develop policeds to ensure Payments regulations are implemented and embedded across the firm
· Develop and monitor testing to ensure adherence to Payments policy requirements
· Support the 2LOD Risk Management

Experience Required:
· 8+ years of experience within Governance and 2LOD Risk Management within regulated Financial Services firms
· Must have experience with regulators; Electronice Money Services business, Payment Service Providers or Money Transmitters
· Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA requirements
· Extensive experience implementing new regulatory requirements
· Experience with drafting Compliance policies and procedures
· Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence change
