Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Company:
My client is a UK based and award-winning architectural design practice, based in Glastonbury. They offer a range of services, planning, including architectural design, and project management across residential and commercial sectors. The firm is looking for a junior planner to join their Planning team in Somerset!
Graduate Town Planner Role:
- As a Junior Town Planner, you will be involved with site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning applications, and negotiations its local authorities.
- The Town Planning team work closely with clients to ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements and maximise the potential for each site.
- You will utilise your expertise in local planning policies and strategic approach helps to secure successful outcomes.
- Further responsibilities include providing planning support and liaising with planning authorities on pre-application enquiries and full planning applications.
- be liaising with key professionals and preparing reports.
Ideal Candidate:
- RTPI accredited degrees in Planning or similar.
- Keen to pursue achieving chartership as a Town Planner.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will
- Live locally in Somerset.
- UK drivers license.
