Our client is an international trading company with offices based in North West London who are recruiting for a Graduate Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position would suit a Graduate with a years or more experience in an accounts related role.

This position offers great career prospects, progression and parking.

Duties will include:
* Working closely with the trading team
* Maintaining supplier relationships by dealing with queries and negotiating payment plans
* Liaising with customers and international suppliers
* Checking payment of shipping invoices
* Monitoring costs incurred in trading and logistics
* Processing of shipping documents
* Ensuring company costs (invoices and expense claims) are properly recorded

Key skills:
* Degree educated
* Strong IT skills
* Strong numeracy skills
