Graduate Acoustic Consultant

My client is a prominent acoustics consultancy with offices in Brighton and London. They work on projects across various sectors, including notable projects such as Heathrow Airport and Crossrail in the United Kingdom. They specialise in acoustics and vibration and are continually seeking growth opportunities and to expand their ever growing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's (MSc) degree in Acoustics or a related field, with membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Possession of a valid UK driving licence
  • Proficient in structuring and prioritising work in close collaboration with the entire team
  • Willingness to travel to various sites at short notice

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key site managers, line managers, and other major site stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct onsite testing, including noise and vibration surveys, to collect data for the development of comprehensive reports
  • Perform acoustic modelling using CaDnaA, Odeon, Insul, and Revit software
