Our client, a large national company offering fantastic career development, is looking for a Graduate to join them as their new team administrator.

You will be responsible for managing the team inboxes to ensure prompt responses to business queries, as well as act as a central contact for certain customer queries also.

You will work across our different sectors to ensure an up to date and robust database for the company's Terms & Conditions, running regular reports and audits which will be shared at a senior level.

You will be responsible for the monitoring of various websites making sure to maintain a database of all opportunities.

You will be required to provide the wider team with support for various projects, including assisting with the transition to a new CRM system.

This is an ideal role for a candidate just beginning their career as there is scope for development and progression. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to use your own initiative and work well as part of a team. You will have good PC literacy skills with Intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be organised and able to prioritise workload whilst meeting all deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately follow existing processes is essential.
