Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Hybrid after successful probation (3 days office, 2 days home)
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (30mins lunch)

My client based in Basingstoke is looking for a Graduate Billing Administrator to come on board and join their team. The primary function of this role is to ensure our customers are billed accurately and on-time each month. This role will assist in the population and amending of the customer invoice charges and ensure these are kept up to date, along with handling incoming customer queries following the monthly invoices.
Responsibilities:
Adding, removing and editing customer billing charges
Updating invoices with additional information e.g. Purchase Order Numbers, Sub-Sites
Handling the setup of new customer accounts and ensuring the charges align to the customers signed agreement
Ensuring that the process prior to billing being required has been completed fully
Work with internal teams to streamline processes and highlight areas of improvement
Supporting in the Bill Run
Running and maintaining customer reports
Creating ad-hoc bespoke reports based on Customer billing data
Responsible for upholding the quality management systems in line with ISO:9001 and internally documented practises.
Highlight to other departments areas of improvement
Develop, implement, and maintain procedures of best practices and standards.
Identify own training requirements.

Good communication to be able to verbalise findings and suggest solutions

Must be able to prioritise and manage their workload
Have the ability to adapt to changing timelines
Microsoft Office suite
Educated to degree level
