The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior professionals across the business. From high-profile commercial schemes to complex refurbishment projects, you'll be involved at every stage-gaining invaluable experience while developing your technical skillset.

The Graduate Building Surveyor's Role

Your role will include:

  • Supporting on both professional and project work across a range of sectors

  • Collaborating with experienced surveyors and consultants to deliver work to a high standard, on time and within budget

  • Assisting in business development efforts through client engagement and cross-selling opportunities

  • Developing strong client relationships and helping to identify further work opportunities from existing commissions

The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

Key Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

  • An analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems

  • A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities

  • A collaborative nature and enthusiasm for learning within a team-based environment
