Graduate Building Surveyor / APC Building Surveyor - London - £25-35k

We’re working with a highly successful, modern forward thinking practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers based in Central London.

Specialising in Building Consultancy services across the lifecycle of property assets, their clients include investment funds, developers, public sector organisations, owners, occupiers and charities.

As a result of both sustained / pipeline growth and a commitment to developing the careers of the next generation of Building Surveyors, they now seek an additional Graduate Building Surveyor / APC Building Surveyor as follows:

• RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying (or similar)
• A preference for commercial workloads (offices/retail), with some practical exposure to project and professional duties (Building Surveys, Defects, Dilapidations, Project Management, Buildings Insurance Advice, Party Wall matters etc)
• Workload will meet the requirements of the APC Diary and the successful Graduate Building Surveyor / APC Building Surveyor will rotate across departments to ensure sufficient exposure / variety.
• Excellent career path once qualified - Scope for Associate Directorship and beyond - our clients growth has been exponential and they expect to double in size again over the short to medium term
• Hybrid Working once qualified - 3 days per week in a central London office (close to Liverpool Street)
• Bulk of work/projects within Greater London, but client base is UK wide so work can fall anywhere in England.
• Commercially astute, can-do attitude and genuine desire for a long term career in professional Building Surveying essential.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor / APC Building Surveyor can expect a starting basic salary up to £35k plus benefits with all RICS / training fees fully covered.
