Graduate Building Surveyor
A multidisciplinary, independent private practice, with nationwide offices, are now seeking an Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Milton Keynes office.
The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work with a variety of clients across the residential, commercial and insurance sectors, delivering the full spectrum of Building Surveying services.
Your role as the new Graduate Building Surveyor will be to carry out party wall matters, design and contract administration, defect reports and dealing with insurance claims. You'll receive full APC support and training with 1:1 tailored meetings to assess progression.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- APC enrolled
- Good understanding of building practices
- Strong written ability and confident verbal skills
- Be ambitious, a keen learner and motivated
