Graduate Building Surveyor - Fully funded APC support!

This is a role for a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor, who would be keen to join an interdisciplinary building and design focused practice, in Ascot.

As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll benefit from joining a dynamic team of 15 others, working collaboratively.

  • £27,000 - £28,000
  • Full APC support and training
  • 25 days annual leave
  • 1+ annual leave day added per 12 months of employment, up to 30 days

Role and responsibilities

The chosen Graduate Building Surveyor gain expertise in a range of professional service lines on a diverse clientele across commercial, educational, residential, and heritage sectors.

Person specification

To be successful, the Graduate Building Surveyor will need to be dedicated to their APC progression, with good communicative skills and ability to work well within a close-knit team.

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveying or RICS accredited
  • Any consultancy background or experience would be beneficial
  • A passion for the built environment
  • A full UK driving licence
