Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client, a well-established independent chartered surveying practise, now require a junior / Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team. The company have a great reputation throughout the region for its high standards of professionalism on behalf of clients and contractors.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working closely with Senior staff members and other members of the Surveying team in order to receive the necessary training and ongoing support. The role would also suit a recent graduate / junior Surveyor who is looking for APC (RICS) support in order to become chartered.

• Location - Based remotely, covering Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire
• Contract type - Permanent
• Start date - ASAP
• Reason for position - Continued company growth
• Qualification level - RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
• Full UK driving license is essential
• Good I.T skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to confidently build relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work remotely

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Starting salary circa £25,000
• Holiday
• Support for APC if desired
• Progressive path
