Our client is a multi-disciplined agency working with some of the biggest names Internationally across Motorsport, Medical, Education and Technology sectors creating captivating, memorable and compelling design for brands, presentations, videos, websites and print communications.

REPORT TO: Commercial Director

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

A great opportunity exists for an ambitious graduate to lead new business acquisition for this dynamic and fast-paced agency. Responsible for generating new leads within existing accounts, managing, and building on an existing pipeline as well as generating new prospects, you will be a key part of converting opportunities into successful business relationships.

As this role is pivotal in driving revenue to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company, the ideal candidate must be highly motivated and results driven, with a passion for sales and business development. Proactive and persuasive, with the ability to communicate the breadth and value of our services is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets
  • Contacting potential new clients using phone, email, and utilising social platforms such as LinkedIn where appropriate
  • Develop relevant and engaging copy to be displayed on socials that can be used to attract and interact with new clients
  • Monitor new potential client activity on social platforms and plan approach
  • Meeting potential clients to develop their interest
  • Involved in preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients
  • Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
  • Building and maintaining a list of prospects
  • Gaining an understanding of a business's goals and pain points to present the most suitable solution
  • Responding to requests for proposals, writing proposals and quotes, and all other aspects of the sales cycle
  • Effectively articulating our value proposition and breadth of services to clients
  • Gathering information from clients to properly qualify business potential to produce reliable business forecasting and contracts
  • Maintaining an awareness of competitors’ activities and offerings to win business

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Relevant exposure to sales environment/sales experience

  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport due to office location

Desirable

  • Experience of building partnerships - developing and maintaining successful working and business relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Experience of representing and promoting organisations
  • Sales experience in a similar sector - desirable

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 per week

BASIC SALARY: Circa £25,000 PLUS commission

HOLIDAY: 25 days (increases with length of service after 2 years)
