Graduate Civil Engineer

Nottingham

Salary up to £24,000

Based in Nottingham, my client is a successful UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering. We're seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join their busy team and have the opportunity to participate in residential design plus major development projects ranging from drainage strategies, flood risk assessments up to highway designs.

To be considered for this Graduate Civil Engineering role, it is essential for candidate to have the following:

  • Qualifications of either Meng, BEng, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Desire to work towards a chartership
  • The ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of Autocad plus any modelling software is advantageous eg Revit or Tekkla

Duties and responsibilities for this Graduate Civil Engineer include:

  • Residential design
  • Assisting with preparation of drawings and specifications
  • Collecting project data
